Just look at the fence they have around their own property! It's falling apart. Looking back in time, via SteetView, it's clear that it never looked like a well done job. "Plumb, Level, and Square" is the basis for any quality carpentry. This fence exhibits none of those qualities. If they can't build a fence I sure wouldn't trust them on a kitchen, bathroom, deck, etc. The only house I'd consider them to build is a dog house...And that's only if I didn't like the dog.
