Very satisfying with my experiences with Caliber
I wish I could give more than a 1-star review since the repair was well done; however, the communication did not meet expectations. First, it took about a week and a half to get my car in. No estimate on the repair time was communicated before dropping the vehicle off, even though the service advisor had a chance to look the vehicle over and take pictures of the damage prior to dropping it off. Having raised 3 teen drivers Ive had, shall we say, a little experience with body shops. I just wish I had heard of Caliber Collision 15 years ago. My life would have been much less stressful !
