Been meaning to leave this review for sometime now… I came in here some months ago to buy some helmets with a couple friends for an event we were attending. The owner was in some sort of a rush and was not very helpful - took him 10min to get to us. Once he finally got to us he wasn’t much help with sizing and pricing.
I’m a relatively new cyclist and purchased a BMC Roadmaster 01 FOUR in October, 2025. I had a very positive experience from start to finish and didn’t feel rushed or that I was being “sold.” All my questions were answered completely and everyone I interacted with was very helpful and thorough. I even received a follow-up call to make sure all was going well. Highly recommend Westside Bicycle.
Reply to the owner: This review was overdue for a couple months. Interesting to see nothing has changed. Medical issues are not an excuse to overburden your team. Walked in and looked at bikes for about 10 mins. I was interested in purchasing a bike. After waiting and not receiving any help, I took my business elsewhere. Looks to be horribly understaffed
