Over the years, I've worked with a few therapists and improved my life a great deal. But after a few years since I was in therapy, I identified some attitudes and behaviors that I didn't feel were serving me well and that I had not been able to change on my own I asked several friends if they could recommend anyone and received a strong recommendation from a friend's wife.
