Took my money RIP OFF Sad it was a little over $100. got the bill $433. they broke my battery cable then charged me $35. to replace with out the OK from me.

They were able to identify the problem virtually over the phone and they were right. My truck was repaired in less than 24 hours and I thought that they were very fair with the pricing. I felt they also gave a pretty thorough explanation of the problem and the choices that were available for repair.

wow $50 dollars labor to replace an alternator that didn't get replaced ended up taking the old one off and putting it back on after bringing in a new one that was defective So even though the new one was defective and did not get installed it was $50..was told $35 to $42, but of course that didn't include tax.& still charged the labor fee even though a New Alternator was not installed..... Does that make since????

I had an oil leak that I paid another auto repair shop to fix. They replaced the seals/gaskets and it still leaked. I took it back to them twice and they could not resolve. So I took my truck to Westside Automotive and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. They are true professionals that care! Price was great (way less than the dealership) and their knowledge was way above the competition. Keep up the good work!

Yeah the work was okay but they charged me $35.00 to put in a lightbulb in teh back window of my car. Hope it was worth it Westside Automotive. You lost hundred and hundreds of dollars of my business and I have told countless others just like I'm doing now

the people over at west side auto has worked on my car and truck several times and does a great job thanks guys at westside auto keep up the good work
