About to leave Lawrence very soon, and one thing I’ll definitely miss is this shop. Jake has taken such great care of my 170k-mile little boy—it still runs smooth as butter today. Everything is reasonably priced, and Jake is professional and never tries to upsell you on things you don’t need. I bought the car around 2018 and used to get oil changes at the local Honda dealer. They had me come in for a diagnostic very quickly. Tony was friendly and tried to be as informative as he thought I could understand. Problem couldn't be resolved due to a questionable head gasket being unaccessible and no repair shop had any openings for weeks ... My vehicle being a loss and not worth the expense of a deeper investigation was their finding. Not their fault. Not what I wanted to hear but that's life. I do recommend them to anyone with a vehicle.

I had a great experience at Westside for several reasons. 1) I was never made to feel dumb for my lack of car repair knowledge. 2) The mechanic was transparent about what needed done on my car and didn't pressure me in to repairing other things that weren't urgent. 3) Price was fair. 4) The repair was so quick! They didn't need to order parts, so my car was down same day. I recommend Westside Automotive to anyone and everyone! Best car repair experience I have had to date.
