Taking my car to Joe recommended to me by a friend was an exceptionally professional experience for the first time. Joe performed the pink slip that quick, it was less than the time to finish my coffee across the road. Very quick as I was a walk in. His business looked busy and he treated me with all my car concerns like a really cool expert. Approachable, understanding and easy to communicate with as I felt content to book my car in with Joe to get my car pink slip worthy. Excellent experience with Joe.
Joe & his crew has been a great service. It was my parents that booked me with them 5years ago. Honestly it was the best decision that I made. Very Unprofessional, won’t take responsibility for damage he caused to my car. Went for a simple pink slip and the car was returned with a cracked panel trying to put the light in above the number plate. Refused to admit that his shop done it and take responsibility. Have used him before and was fine when everything goes to plan for him but if he causes damages will just deny it. He told me to put it thru insurance so a pink slip would turned into 1000 dollar excess. Would never use him or recommend this service to any one. ... read more
