Friendly professional and competent I started by bringing in 1 vehicle for an oil change and now they service all 3 I trust them with my Mercedes and I am very picky as too who works on my car.Ladies up front are amazing and the owner is hands on and knows what he is talking about.I have recommended a lot of people and everyone says the same.Great job you guys.Customer for life

Westside Automotive took clients from Import Auto when they closed. I loved them and was unsure if Westside would provide the excellent service I had before. I'm pleased to say that Westside has met all my expectations. They are professional, prompt and knowledgeable and I trust them. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a trusted mechanic.

This is the only place I have taken my vehicle for the last 5 years. They have always been open, honest and forth coming with what needs to be done. As a person that knows nothing about vehicles I've never felt they've tried to take advantage. Their prices are below the dealerships and I will continue to be a long time customer. I have referred many people and will continue. With several auto repair shops going out of business in the area I just have to plan ahead a little more when scheduling repairs. Be aware...and be wary. This business is not Tom's Westside Auto any longer. Tom, unfortunately is no longer involved. I have recommended Tom's for years. No longer. They misorder, mislead and practice bait and switch. There competence is so far below what Tom's used to be, that it is tragic.
