Had a great experience with the team. After having multitude of different issues at multiple different dealerships. It was lovely to be greeted and able to test drive a car…. Wait for it…. That DAYYYY! Incredible stuff! Everyone we dealt with was amazing and thorough and explained everything we were signing. I would have loved for the car to have been cleaned upon pick up and maybe a bow, im dropping a fair amount of money, can we not make it exciting please 🤣. After arriving home from the Westside dispatch depo, I discovered that my 2017 Peugeot 308 had a blown headlight, the front tyres were rounded off on the inside and need replacing and worst of all, nobody had checked the engine oil for a long time as the level was below the 2nd notch, the oil was filthy black and smelt of burning. I would not purchase another car from Westside.
