Good customer service; I appreciated the drop-off service. However, after the service, the service technicians made an incorrect adjustment to my steering wheel, which was not centred when my wheels were straight, although they were straight before the service. I had to go back there to get it fixed, which required another drop-off service to the city. Westside Auto Service did a fantastic job, communicating with us and even finding problems that we thought were resolved with another service centre. Will definitely be using them again when back in Perth.
