I had a very poor experience with WSA Service when they had to rectify their work on the rear windscreen. From the start, I was repeatedly misinformed about how long the job would take — I was told three times it would be a quick 30-minute fix, only to arrive with my kids and be told it would take several hours. The most concerning issue was that my vehicle was left idling with the thermostat on max for nearly 5 hours to “cure” the bubbles in the tint. Had my car serviced and my wheel bearing done here, definitely did not disappoint! Kemmy was so helpful and welcoming, had such lovely energy. Helped me through everything and was so patient with me, knowing I had called him 5/6 in the span of a few weeks 🤣 the team did such an amazing job on my car. What a waste of time trying to get a service with this mob. Left 2 'give me a call' no reply. Rang them direct, asked about a service, told the consultant the vehicle details. He said give me a second to check it out, flicked me back to wait tone, message said all consultants busy leave a message go away. Guess what no reply there crap.
I have owned my car for 2 weeks, out of those 2 weeks my car has been in for 8 days. I Was called up letting me know it was all fixed and ready for collection. The issue was not resolved. I returned vehicle. After the second time, I was phoned and told it was fixed and available for collection. On collection i drove my car away making it 15km down the road, my steering was out of control and unbearable to handle.
