Staff were helpful and knowlegeable! Lounge was great and clean. Complimentary beverages always a great idea. Complimentary loan car was an easy arrangement but inside the car was dirty (carpet full of sands), I did clean it for our own comfy and didnt want to get the blame for returning it dirty. Overall satisfied with the service.

Essential+ Service is Worth it!! Amazing communication, Llewellyn was a great help! Any issues had were communicated really well, all questions answered and I am really happy with how my car was returned. I needed to replace two tyres and just added it on to the job, great tyres as well! Thanks to everyone and I will definitely see you in 6 months for my next service.
