I have owned my car for 2 weeks, out of those 2 weeks my car has been in for 8 days. I Was called up letting me know it was all fixed and ready for collection. The issue was not resolved. I returned vehicle. After the second time, I was phoned and told it was fixed and available for collection. On collection i drove my car away making it 15km down the road, my steering was out of control and unbearable to handle. The office staff are super friendly and the facilities for working-while-waiting are exceptional. I did book in for the essential+ service, thankful for the mentioned 'complimentary wash vacuum' - which sadly had not happened upon service completion. Otherwise, the car feels good and the staff communication was superb.
Great service by all staff, from reception to mechanical, involved with the service of my car. They communicate promptly and provide advice effectively. Thank you
