Had to seek direction on some electrical work on my car. Dan came to my home, spent 20 mins inspecting the job and then gave clear direction on the path forward. For valid reasons Dan was unable to schedule my car for work but did give me a recommendation on how to proceed forward. He did not charge for the inspection. Dan was able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with my door sensor that was constantly draining my battery to flat. He went above and beyond in taking my battery to recharge it safely and revisiting without an additional callout fee to reinstall the battery and fix up the sensor, as well as neatly disconnecting an unnecessary anti-rust doohickey the previous owner had installed.
