Car was not starting. RACQ had advised that the battery was good. Auto mechanic suggested that I should get an auto electrician instead to look at the problem so I called Dan. He came to our home and did a diagnosis of the problem. Within 15 minutes, he managed to start the car and suggested that I took it to BMW for further checks. Would definitely recommend Dan who provided a quality service.
Dan was great, really good customer service was on time and did a great job wiring up my lights aswell as teaching me about how it all works which was greatly appreciated, definitely would recommend, and it’s great because they come to you. And pricing was good for the quality of service that they offer, didn’t take long at all and very hard working so yes super happy :).
Excellent service from Dan! He needed to order in the globes for our headlights and gave me a full briefing of the issues he encountered whilst investigating what the trouble was. Luckily the supplier had the globes in stock so Dan promptly let me know that he could back out within the hour and fit them quickly. Dan is such a nice guy, so friendly and professional! Thank you Dan for your wonderful customer service!
Dan is an expert - no-nonsense, highly skilled and very knowledgeable. He visited my home and immediately got at the problem, walking and talking me through my Kia’s electrical issue so that I understood what had happened. After having trouble finding expert auto electric assistance in Brisbane, if I ever have another issue, I'll call Dan. I would recommend his services to all my friends and family in the area.
