very bad customer service and poor quality work, took my dog here for grooming. made it very clear day before and day of that my yorkie is very aggressive and nips and needs to be sedated before any grooming (all other places had no problem with this and i was always happy with results). they say thats no problem give me a price and i paid before hand. got a missed call from them, called back and they tell me he is done to come at 3:30. i start getting ready to go and get another call about an hour later from the Dr who tell... read more
