The staff was absolutely wonderful.
I can’t say enough kind things about Westside Emergency Vet. We brought our sweet dog in during an incredibly difficult time, and sadly, she passed away while in their care. Even though the outcome was heartbreaking, I will always be grateful for the gentleness, compassion, and dignity they showed her in her final moments. My sweet ember cat wanted to join the fun and sipped some beer and ate some taco meat which lead to her not acting like herself at all. Luckily Westside was quick to assess the situation and get my girl back to normal! Thankful for the doctors and staff! 🧡
DO NOT BRING UR PET HERE, DRIVE 30 MINUTES MORE TO A DIFFERENT ONE. Staff were nice, brought my kitten and was told to put him down after I spent 2K dollars on having him hospitalized just for them to tell me “he’s not doing well, I recommend putting him down” WHAT DID YOU DO OVERNIGHT WITH THE 2K I PAID FOR??!! I would expect for them to go above and beyond for my baby to be kept alive with a 2 freaking thousand dollar bill…!!? I feel scammed, staff was nice though so was the doctor but omg I feel like they don’t really car... read more
