heartbreaking this experience was. I brought my cat there in a true emergency around 6:30–7:00 AM, terrified and desperate for help, only to be met with what felt like immediate pressure to euthanize him. The veterinarian came into the room and handed me paperwork for euthanasia costing over $500, not including the nearly $300 required just to walk through the door. Reasonable price for an emergency hospital. They don't have ultrasound equipment though which we found unusual. Caring, kind and informative.

This was not the only bad experience. I'm ashamed to say, there have been several and should have driven further to the one I had an amazing experience with. I will be respectful and not name call but they are in Marietta and the first name is Dog...I want to say if I could give the receptionist a 10 at westside, I would,she tries but they have her doing much more than the front.
