I was trying to make an appointment the doctor was out of town. The lady that answered the phone acted like I was wasting her time I was just trying to make an appointment, and I accepted the very first appointment that was available in a week. And she under her breath said oh God like I was inconvencencing her I was shocked by the unprofessionalism. This place is just great. Like stepping back in time to a time when doctors took time to listen and really work with animals. My cats hadn't been out of the house in years, and were freaking out. I was freaking out, but he came in with his assistant and took care of my Barrett and Zoe. We had rabies shots and checkup, and not even $200!!
I called different vets near me to make an appointment for a sick male kitten, this place was the only one that did there best to see him right away..the receptionist, the assistant and the Vet are very friendly, helpful and professional and the best thing is that they are affordable!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!! Larry is very happy and doing great!!
I can't say enough good things about this clinic. If you want a Veterinarian and staff that really care about you and your pet, go to Westside and see Dr. Smith. This is an old time Veterinary Clinic, not corporate owned, that care more about treating your pet than money. They have gone above and beyond for me and my pets for many years.
