Avoid Westside Aircon at all costs. I hired Matt for a simple job: move an outdoor unit 1.5 meters and redo the trunking. The estimate was 3 hours of labour plus materials. The experience was a nightmare: Reliability: He was a no-show on the first day, cancelling at 1:30 PM.
