HIRE THIS COMPANY! Aaron and his team are responsive and reliable. They are also trustworthy. I have worked with them on construction projects, to general maintenance, and troubleshooting. Aaron really cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile. All of their techs have been great too.
It was easy to schedule an appointment to get a quote for converting to natural gas. The technician called ahead of time and was on time. However, after my husband casually alluded to another company having also come out for a quote, the technician got a bit squirrely and seemed not terribly interested in the project--he never took any measurements or looked that closely at our units. Westshore plumbing, specifically Joe was great! We had an issue we needed fixed immediately and they were able to get us in the same day. He was super nice and quickly got the issue fixed so we could use our water again. Will definitely be using them in the future!
When I gave a poor review Westshore contacted us. The problem came from miscommunication, and that has been resolved.
