Westshore installed a 2-stage furnace in our 100+ year old home, did a great job and cleaned up well! Very dependable.
Aaron answered my call on a weekend, and sent someone out to repair my boiler when we had no hot water at a rental. The person he sent out drove all the way to Traverse to get a part that I needed. Outstanding service, highly recommend.
We had a new Furnace and AC installed. Storm was our main installer and he was amazing. His assistant Austin was also wonderful. These two young guys were very professional and polite during our installation. I would definitely use Westshore again for any issue. It certainly is wonderful to see such well trained young men sharing knowledge with each other and getting the job done. Congrats to Westshore for hiring and training these guys.
We have four units that West Shore monitors and over the years they have been excellent in preventative maintenance, emergency repairs and answering all our needs. Amazing staff beginning with the office and continuing with excellent technicians.
HIRE THIS COMPANY! Aaron and his team are responsive and reliable. They are also trustworthy. I have worked with them on construction projects, to general maintenance, and troubleshooting. Aaron really cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile. All of their techs have been great too.
