We love west shore and order from this location often. The food is always good and the service is great too. Brittany was super helpful tonight on the phone when I had a question about the order and she handled it so cheerfully. I’m from Philly area and it’s hard to find pizza that is close to home. Westshore is one of 2 pizza spots that does it jersey Philly style- if you’re visiting from that area you definitely check it out!!! Even if you’re not check it out lol
This place is a mess. It's constantly understaffed, and the manager who was holding everything together was clearly overworked. Now, they’ve inexplicably fired her, and I can only imagine things will get even worse. I won’t be coming back for pizza here.
Tried the place today awful service! Rude person at the counter! Will never go there again.
Quite honestly, they fire their employees , overwork them, and mistreat them In general. They fired my favorite employee. I’ve seen way too many come and go. So I’m done with them until they improve how they pay and treat their workers.
