Update 5/9/2026 I was never sent a finally balance letter , it was sent to my autisic sons email, who wasn’t even a leasee but an occupant because he was a minor . And when I did try to pay my balance after move out , they shut off my portal and sent it to collections without giving my a chance to pay. I would not recommend living at this property. There is a persistent issue with roaches entering the apartment, which is already a serious concern. I clean very frequently, and despite this, I find at least one or two roaches every week. In addition, the overall maintenance of the property is poor. The elevators are consistently dirty, and the gate to the complex is frequently broken. I had leasing agent Jennifer help us get a place for a family member and she was extremely professional and helpful. Her customer service and knowledge is incredible, she made the process smooth and explained everything clearly. Out of all the apartment complex we went to see no one was as professional and pleasant and she was. The apartment complex is clean and beautiful. Love the pool and gym option very convenient.
