Place is run down ... there is nothing "luxurious " about it.... all elevators broken. Pools always being closed by the health department. Walk around and you can smell people smoking drugs. Leaks they don't fix properly so you end up with mold. And it's my understanding that all the 5 star reviews are being made by management and staff.
Es una lástima la falta de soluciones inmediatas ,porque es un lugar bien tranquilo, pero mi apartamento está en una primera planta y llevo más de una semana con un cuarto inundado de aguas albañales por una cañería tapada del apartamento de arriba lo que hizo que el techo de uno de mis cuartos colapse de tanta humedad y lo peor es que tenemos que esperar un mes para que nos cambien el apartamento y no le puedo explicar el mal olor a orina qué se respira
I’m hoping this property management company does the right thing …..SOON! I moved in less than 2 months ago. I immediately started putting in work orders for termites. I would receive a message that the order was completed. However the problem never stopped. I started taking photos and videos of the termites on the rug, ceiling, crawling all over my bed, and on me!!! Estoy sumamente triste tengan cuidado cuando vayan a dejar los apartamentos para mudarse a otro lado siempre le sacan dinero para pagar inclusive cuando le pagan hasta el último mes le cobran limpieza general y alfombras y tampoco no se comunican con ustedes no le envían carta y le envían la cuenta a colección sin motivo me envíaron mi cuenta de 300 dólares que por eso y me la enviaron a colección me enteré x que entre a credit karma!
