My dog is anxious and not very comfortable around people or other dogs, but the veterinarians and staff consistently go above and beyond, they treat us with kindness, take extra care to keep him at ease, and are incredibly patient and accommodating.
Super kind and helpful, great people all around. Efficient with scheduling. Very clear they care deeply about my cat and want the best. Great communication, transparent about everything. So glad I went here :)
This place is AMAZING!! My pug isn’t a fan of going to the vet, but when we did a follow up visit a week later, he was so calm while waiting for the doctor to come in and that never happens. Dr. Pierce and the staff are so friendly and they explained everything so well. You can tell the owners put so much thought into all the little things that make the overall experience great for both pets and humans. They really go above and beyond!
I brought my newly adopted dog, Butters, to Westshore Animal Hospital and had such a great experience from start to finish. They gave him a very thorough exam, answered every question I had in detail and also provided helpful handouts so I had resources to leave with especially for his diet. We would like to thank Dr. Walsh, Dr. Gale, and Megan for helping and supporting us during the incredibly painful time of losing our baby. They were so patient and understanding. We also want to thank the entire staff for their wonderful work, and we recommend them 100% if you want your fur babies to be well cared for.
