Admin were responsive and patient and the Locator was professional and friendly and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the report I received for my scan. Was not surprised to see the amount of other people posting 5 stars!
I was reluctant to pay for scanning (prior to a demolition for subdivision) as it's not cheap but I'm so glad I did as it would have saved the sparkies heaps of time which in turn, well and truly covered the cost of scanning. My partner and I are currently re-landscaping our front yard. This involves removing approx. 200mm of topsoil in some areas, putting in new fences, and installing soakwells ( up to two metres in the ground - lots of hand digging - oh my aching back! ) and generally going deep into natural ground in quite a few areas. Tony and his team were great to deal with. Great communication, set a date and time that suited us and him. Team member arrived as expected and the job was done efficiently. Jeff was on time and was very professional. He dig around the pipes/drain to show me how it was set up around my property. I highly recommend their services.
