Went to west a year ago, polite and friendly after an hour the air conditioning engineer said radiator not in top condition so refuse to regas or check, its nothing to do with the air con , just too busy .
Staff was rude, had a terrible experience. I was forced to pay for a service not rendered. My car AC was not working, I expected them to firstly make a full check or diagnostic check to find out if it was the compressor or needs to regas. I feel scammed and they don't care how you feel.
Don't bother calling. The woman on the phone said they are fully booked up to July 2024
Called 9am Monday morning and was given 11am booking,had ice cold air con by lunchtime. Very good service and at least 1/2 main dealer price. Thanks.
Done a great job on the same day. I called , absolutely clean perfect and all nice and chilly again. Thank you
