Dr. Lewis and his staff is very attentive and helpful. I really appreciate his advice and honesty. No long wait time which is great with impatient kids.
I came in for a consultation to get braces removed. I put that as the reason for the appointment. I asked the receptionist before doing anything when I got to the appointment if this was something they could even do. She stated that she would tell them that was what I was wanting to do. Got all the way through the X-ray, got into a room, and signed consents, only for the orthodontist to blow me off and say, "Your case is too complicated, so there is nothing we can do for you."
