Everyone was polite and friendly
Our experience here was just Ok. I waited to write this review until my 2nd child had finished orthodontic treatment with a different provider so I could truly compare. Now that I have had both experiences, it makes me sad for my oldest. Westrock was fine. She got braces, went through the treatments, always dreaded going to appointments, felt like a number or just another nameless set of teeth.
