Please read the reviews and find another orthodontist location. I wished I listened to the reviews. My son has had his braces for a year now and no change whatsoever. He would always have brackets break off for no reason after each appointment. We took him to another orthodontist who stated they get previous clients from Westrock all the time. I’ve taken my son to this location and Searcy location, and same issues.
Amazing work so far.
As for the orthodontist and my daughter's treatment, things have been good. Schedulers are not helpful and act like I'm bothering them to ask about dates and times other than the one they offered me. I have to work I have to choose a time and date that is good for my schedule as well. Maybe some customer service training or set up an online scheduling system.
Had my son's first consultation appt at 1130 today. We arrived early and checked in by the receptionist at 1115. At 1150, 20 minutes after our appointment time, she came and told me the consultation rooms were full and running a little late. We waited 10 more minutes until 12pm then walked out. Thanks for diminishing the hopes of my child who's already insecure about his teeth alignment. We will be going elsewhere.
