Reading all the reviews has me nervous but my first experience was a good one dude at guard shack was pretty chill said my trailer was clean and got me into door 3 instantly and was loaded in 30 mins so I was there for one hour now granted it was 12am and I was the only one here so if I come back again I hope it goes as smoothly as it did tonight
The map shows it as open 24/7, but that’s incorrect.
Very disappointing experience. The trailer inspector was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to answer basic questions. There was no clear communication regarding their trailer requirements. They do not accept Amazon trailers and only accept 2027 trailers, which should be clearly stated beforehand to avoid wasting drivers’ time. I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
Check in 2:00PM and they give me doc 10:00PM Don’t waste your time and money this a worst place. they send you to wash your trailer, you need to wait until you trailer will be totally dry. Like 4hrs If your trailer is wet they don’t load you. This is a worst place. Specially the guardian check They reject trailers, drives please reject their loads, they don’t respect us. Even they don’t talk to you like normal person
