Loading took 3 hrs But I left early from my appointment Someone in the office is directing trucks to the wrong address for delivery all the time. If you have a load going to Phoenix AZ, goto the address on the BOL. Someone in the office has directed 3 trucks to the wrong address on Watkins street. I sat there 12 hrs at the wrong place while anyone fixed it. But it keeps happening. Outside restrooms 🚻 Make sure to use two straps so the pallets dont fall towards the door

First time here & as most say, the shipping guy( chris) was a very very nice, cool, professional and great guy. He came n with a smile, took my pickup #, put me n door 6 and even gave an old man a Gatorade due to it being so hot & I'm a old fart. Lmbo. Thx Westrock for having such a great cool & friendly employee as chris was to me. I'd gladly come here again for a load back to Big D dallas, TX. bcuz of the treatment I received from him alone.. Sho nuff sho nuff
