I arrived and they unloaded me without problem. Lady in the office was very nice and forklift driver was nice too. I hope to come back with more loads. Only criticism would be... It would help the drivers if the lines on the ground were re-painted. It's easy to park cockeyed because of how dock is situated.

Areiver 3:45 PM for my 4PM app and O was told 6PM app truck made a check in prior me already, but since I am on time I will go first. After the dock was cleared, from the prior loading, emploee walked out and said I will have to stay tide regardless of my app time, because they want to load the 6PM APP first. It's just makes no sense what so ever. ive had my doibts reading other people reviews but i must say this one of the better places i picked up from (maybe i was lucky) from check in to loaded 1 hour 15 minutes thank you westrock
