Delivered 6 rolls, each trailer takes 1-2hrs to unload. Why schedule MULTIPLE unloadings in the same time frame at 11am? Trucks were wrapped around the block THERES VERY LITTLE TO NO SPACE TO SAFETY WAIT TO BE UNLOADED, theres NO staging area but they expect you to be on time, and break the law waiting off on the side in the road, where there’s busy traffic! Mon- Sat (Sunday closed) they start around 6am on Monday actually not 7, small unloading area behind the building full of dropped trailers fcfs, once they start it takes around 10 min for the rolls to unload.
This star rating on based on defective communication skills. The pictures in order of seeing 👀 them. Newbies will definitely get this wrong. Do better Westrock
