I already had an appointment and arrived on time, but they made me wait for 5 hours and then said I didn't have an appointment. A bad experience with them.

Arrival to being unloaded in around 30 minutes. I love it.
Not hard to get to and friendly staff. You have to make wide turn to turn in they have an entrance and exit way only. You stay to the left and stop at the stop sign to go check in. Office is past dock 7. Unloaded me fast I was in dock 7 I can see the first 3 docks would be tighter to get into.
