I’ve been seeing Dr Machaonchi for two years, and he has been exceptional. His care and professionalism have genuinely helped me get back to a healthy, happy place, and I’m very grateful for everything he has done. My physical and mental health has been severely impacted by inefficiency, ineptitude and greed I have endured at the hands of this doctor. I am unable to get a proper diagnosis as she holds 3 years of vital information to ransom. I first requested my records be transferred to a new GP in February. Far from great. Probably most fit for acute/ minor health issues but they neglect care of more chronic illnesses as well as laugh and mock you while you’re explaining some of your most traumatic experiences for a DV report. They leave much to be desired. But I guess that’s a pretty average experience for public healthcare. Thanks Dr Azimi and the practice manager x
I called there recently with a chronic illness and after being seen twice, my condition worsened because of their treatment. And then they would not give me results, even though I had told them that I was a tourist and on the move. Do not go there.
I received a message asking me to book an appointment to discuss my test results, so I made the booking and attended the appointment as instructed. However, when I arrived, I was told that only my blood test results were available and that my respiratory test results had not come back yet.
