Unhappy with service
Was just here booked on hotdoc didn't say weekend wasnt bulkbilled waited for about 30mins for my appointment that I cancelled cause I couldn't afford the 105 to see the doctor and said I had to pay a cancellation fee don't recommend these doctors go anywhere else if you please
I've been to Westridge Medical a few times. My appointment has never been on time. You can expect to wait longer than 30min before seeing a doctor. Would not recommend.
Been here before - they got all my details and scanned my cards they needed from me that day. Three visits later I was asked to see my cards again. Not knowing we are “supposed” to show our health/medi cards every visit. The two visits prior to this I was not asked and I was seen straight away. I had no knowledge that we are supposed to show our cards everytime even if it’s on their file. Because I did not have any cards on me and couldn’t show them, They said they couldn’t serve me so I obviously walked off really upset as ... read more
