I called there recently with a chronic illness and after being seen twice, my condition worsened because of their treatment. And then they would not give me results, even though I had told them that I was a tourist and on the move. Do not go there.

I received a message asking me to book an appointment to discuss my test results, so I made the booking and attended the appointment as instructed. However, when I arrived, I was told that only my blood test results were available and that my respiratory test results had not come back yet. I was then told that I would need to make another appointment once those results were available. Very disappointing to have my appointment cancelled 1 hour after they were aware my Doctor was not coming in. I had already commenced the 1 hour commute to the practice when I received the call to say my doctor wasn’t available. They also expected me to pay the cancellation fee for an appointment they were cancelling and not me. Would not recommend at all, what a joke.

Over servicing, over priced, understaffed and poor infection control. For many years the owner was the doctor, practice manager, receptionist, cleaner and .... Furthermore, there were no regular receptionists so the doctors and nurses acted in multiple roles. I once was required to attend about 8 days straight - over servicing! The owner Dr Vinu Ramnanan tried to charge me $600 plus GST for DVA forms to be filled out. No mention of these exorbent fees before the appointment. Dr McConochie Is a fantastic practitioner. Dr Sebastian Catalan is by far one of the worst doctors I've ever encountered. Dr Vinu Ramnanan is lovely and very accommodating.
