꽤 큰 사고를 당해서 몸도 다치고 차도 많이 망가졌어요. 상황이 더 복잡했던 건, 저를 친 사람이 외국인이었고 렌터카를 운전하고 있었다는 점이었어요. 그래서 책임을 묻는 과정 자체가 쉽지 않았습니다. 보험사를 통해 이리저리 알아보며 해결하려고 했지만, 계속 제자리걸음인 느낌이 들었고 결국 Westridge 법률사무소의 도움을 받게 됐어요. 처음부터 끝까지 과정 하나하나를 잘 설명해 주셨고, 시간이 꽤 걸리긴 했지만 John과 그 팀이 끝까지 챙겨줘서 결국 차량 수리까지 마칠 수 있었습니다. 솔직히 그분들이 없었다면 훨씬 더 오래 걸렸거나 아예 해결이 안 됐을 것 같아요. 그 점에서 정말 감사하게 생각하고 있습니다.
