Are these Section 8? I'm an actual home owner that lives real close to here, and there's this particular guy with a black 2006ish ¾ ton Chevy truck and loud exhaust that has to whomp on it EVERY TIME HE TURNS ON TO 18TH. He used to drive a JM Brennan van, which was nice and quiet. I dont need to hear your pipes, bro. Your hair is greyer than mine. At least the ginger lady with the blue Buick stopped making the whole neighborhood smell like weed every time she drove by.

The community and neighbors are lovely. The board members need to go! They do not have the homeowners best interest in mind. The President of the board snoops around the grounds on unofficial business walking her dog harassing people including the elderly. Her famous words seem to be, “You got permission from the board?”

The management (paid for by the homeowners) and board members SUCK! Very unprofessional, very old school board member’s mentality. Seems they are stuck in an era that doesn’t exist anymore. Things aren’t done fairly unless it benefits the board. They bend the rules to suit their own needs. Constantly consulting with the attorney hired by the homeowners to cover their own backs. Worthless management!!!!
