Dropped in from Buffalo NY while visiting Asheville on vacation. I cant say enough good things about this box. Clean, well equipped and the everyone was welcoming and friendly. The coaches were attentive and helpful. If I’m ever back in town I’d definitely be back. Highly recommend this box.
I don't personally do the CrossFit part of the Y But my friend Embi does an I have watched her get So strong. Its changed her whole outlook on excersize. She is trying to get me started.. Stay tuned...lol I Highly recommend this establishment to Anyone looking for a Family Atmosphere of strong minded and getting Strong and HEALTHY...THIS IS YOUR PLACE
