This is some of the shotty work all throughout the house. Our warranty guy Rusty didn't do our year walk through saying they provide only one drywall repair even though this mess showed up after our 1yr living in the house. Our sewer failed and had to have the whole front patio torn up to finally find that the pipes weren't connected leaving a 3ft open sewer not connected. Hands down best experience EVER! Our sales Agent Sue was professional, honest, and had phenomenal communication throughout our experience. We bought our home right before Covid and we patiently waited for the state to re-open and now we have the home of our dreams. The neighborhood is gorgeous, family friendly, and easy commute to my favorite city, Tacoma! Highly recommend this neighborhood, AFFORDABLE houses and best sales team! Thank you Sue and Ed!
