*Update* A callback was received and issue was resolved via phone on mortgage loan problem/question. Original mortgage was with Tulsa Fed Credit Union and I was very pleased with them! How in the world does somebody get an actual person on the phone? I’m not gonna drive 5 hrs just to talk to somebody about something that can be handled by phone call…
How about a phone number with a real person to talk too, I have been on the phone with the automated circus for over 30 minutes.
