Loved this bank but they sneakily swapped everyone over to a "rewards checking" account with a monthly fee. With even the "Core account" now having a fee when I try to downgrade. I can find a million banks that don't charge a fee on a checking account. Why would I keep my money here?
*Update* A callback was received and issue was resolved via phone on mortgage loan problem/question. Original mortgage was with Tulsa Fed Credit Union and I was very pleased with them! WeStreet dropped the ball causing a security breach of my personal and financial information, they cut banking hours minimizing convenient personal assistance, closed the only ATM in Claremore other than at the credit union location, and offers poor customer service with staff that only transfer your questions through an endless route of 'spec... read more
How in the world does somebody get an actual person on the phone? I’m not gonna drive 5 hrs just to talk to somebody about something that can be handled by phone call…
How about a phone number with a real person to talk too, I have been on the phone with the automated circus for over 30 minutes.
