Mismanaged by an ego driven maniac who "pads time" for profit, unskilled 'you're hired because you're family or friend' techs/mechanics who do shoddy work to say the least, and an owner who turns the other cheek to his "Plant Managers" incompetence, despite numerous complaints by employees, that he harries them with unprovoked temper tantrums.
