Excellent products with Excellent service and pricing always
We had leaf springs supplied for our Isuzu FSS 550 and needed some adjustment after installation. James and the team were very helpful, reviewed the issue, and arranged to have the springs re-cambered. They worked closely with our installer and ensured everything was resolved properly. Great service and support — much appreciated.
Thought i needed to post my experience with westralia spring . Very knowledgeable friendly team at first I was worried no one could help me , but the staff made it sound straight forward and explained all I needed to know and was able to supply me with everything I needed, thanks to these guys my rig is back on the road and driving great . Went in to get a quote for npr truck springs and told them it’s now licensed as a LR not a C class . Then asked if there springs are rated for heavier loads.the desk woman was rude and unprofessional saying they don’t know what there springs are rated for and pretend to not know what driver’s license classes are and did not want to help…
