Took my dream car to Westralia Car Care Malaga for a warranty claim it took a good couple of weeks and my front bumper was damaged, car was immaculate and spotted the damage as soon as I picked it up, I then have been waiting and going through two different people for them to fix it and they want to only pay half, the communication has been extremely poor and accountability wise even worse, this has since forced me to go through consumer protection and worst case court, extremely disappointing to take your pride and joy ther... read more
I am 2/3 through the big lap having started from Sydney months ago and so needed to do a small service with oil and oil filter and booked the car in at Westralia Balcatta and they picked up some problems with my shock absorbers and steering. Very professional service and showed me all the problems with the shocks and steering and completed the job in a day. Also loaned us a courtesy car for the day. Couldn't recommend these guys enough! I took my car in after another garage had recently carried out a lot of work and I was worried something serious was wrong. They were incredibly thorough, took the time to properly investigate the issue and explained everything clearly. It's so lovely to find a mechanic who's honest, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for their customers. I took my car to Westralia Car Care Malaga to get some oil leaks sorted and Kyle was amazing, he kept me informed and explained everything they were doing to fix it, they did an amazing job of sorting it out for me with professional & knowledgeable service I highly recommend anyone looking for an excellent place to take your car too this is the place to go.
