These are my opinions... the man pictured in the attached picture appeared to me to be driving recklessly on residential streets and also highways. To me, he appeared to be driving in excess of 50mph in a 25, 60+ in a 30-35, and probably around 90mph+ on the highway in a 55. he appeared to me to run stop signs, red lights, drove in the left lane on 95, cut off multiple vehicles, etc. this was beyond aggressive driving, this was reckless driving in my opinion.
Tow truck driver backed into my car while picking up a tow and now is saying that I cut him off and his insurance is now not willing to pay for 100% of the damages. I literally was just sitting at the stop sign and he hit me.
11/26/24 3pm est. Absolutely terrible towing center staff! I have contacted Exxon Mobil corp as I work for another travel center corporation and need to post this review. The photo attached shows the eta status and time of everything. Turns out service was cancelled before the arrival window even began and I was never notified. I called Westport Center Services and they literally hung up on me!!! I had to go through another tow service last minute and leaving my daughter at daycare after holiday hours. I always take my car here for service. They’re the most reasonable in town.
