11/26/24 3pm est. Absolutely terrible towing center staff! I have contacted Exxon Mobil corp as I work for another travel center corporation and need to post this review. The photo attached shows the eta status and time of everything. Turns out service was cancelled before the arrival window even began and I was never notified. I called Westport Center Services and they literally hung up on me!!! I had to go through another tow service last minute and leaving my daughter at daycare after holiday hours. I always take my car here for service. They’re the most reasonable in town.
Owner or staff emloyee blocked me in the parking lot and got out of his vehicle to confront me about waiting for him too closely? Finally I was able to back up and drive around him as he stood infront of my vehicle. He was lucky I was rushing to work.

0 star if possible. Stay away from this company, insurance sent them and already mentioned front axle and arm broken so need wheel lift dolly but they they still drove flatbed truck here and driver claims his 30 years knowledge and experience. Tried to explain to driver but he is rude and almost rip off my car until I stop him. It is axle broken car dude, you can force it but I will just get a junk and he replied: he doesn't care what will happen and all damage is owner's problem.
