I tried to make an appt to see Dr. Brownell for myself, my daughter and my mother. The receptionist did not return my email requests or voicemails. It took numerous attempts to get an appt booked. I only persisted at that point because I had gift cards to use. Please not that this facility also inappropriately added sales tax to the gift certificates.
