I didn’t use WHO Chimney Repairs & Chimney Inspection, because they didn’t service my area - but Jay was very pleasant to talk to and gave me a reference to someone nearby who was immediately available to fix my problem and was very affordable. I had a great experience with WHO Chimney Repairs & Chimney Inspection. The contractor chimney sweeper, Lawrence, arrived on time and conducted a thorough examination. He assessed the masonry and suggested repairs, removed soot and creosote, and conditioned the chimney to improve airflow. He carefully examined my chimney, making sure there were no obstructions or dangers. He also cleared out my dryer vent, which was packed with lint. We have utilized WHO Chimney Repairs and Chimney Inspection on two occasions and we have never been disappointed by Rafael. The chimney inspection was thorough and calming. Rafael took care of our creosote removal and did a chimney repair that extended the life's our fireplace. There is no reason to compare chimney services and customer service to anyone else's !
I wanted to ensure my chimney was safe for use. WHO Chimney Repairs & Chimney Inspection sent Caleb, who did a comprehensive chimney inspection. He removed heavy creosote buildup and repaired a worn flue liner. His chimney maintenance work was efficient and clean.
