I had a terrible experience with Dr. Casandra Nowicki. She is inexperienced, difficult to work with, and seemed more focused on pushing her personal morals rather than providing quality care. I have been on a prescription for over 20 years, and every other GP I’ve seen has had no issue refilling it. Doctor Fiallo is great doctor but the office staff named Rafael is extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional.
