Terrible waited for an hour before I overheard the technician that was supposed to draw my blood left for lunch with people waiting in the waiting room. She takes an hour lunch no update from the staff, just a complaint that she doesn’t report to the manager there and he will contact her supervisor. Will never go there again!

Horrific customer service. In the unlikely event you actually reach someone on the phone after being on hold for 20 minutes they can’t actually do anything to help you. Need a prescription filled? Better call about 2 weeks before you need it. Maybe it will get called in, maybe it won’t. They told my pharmacy they had no record of me even being a patient. Taking my business elsewhere if I can find a practice that isn’t owned by the dumpster fire known as Yale New Haven Health.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Casandra Nowicki. She is inexperienced, difficult to work with, and seemed more focused on pushing her personal morals rather than providing quality care. I have been on a prescription for over 20 years, and every other GP I’ve seen has had no issue refilling it. However, this doctor refused to continue the prescription because it didn't align with her personal beliefs.
