I genuinely hate leaving a negative review after being a loyal customer for many years, but I received one of the worst haircuts I’ve had in years. I came in simply to correct a haircut that wasn’t quite right. I was assigned to a new barber I had never worked with before. Truly awful. My son showed the stylist a photo of what he was looking for and they ignored it. $80 for this? I could have cut it on my own. Do not go.
Omar was excellent! Super cool hairstylist from Morocco. Great conversation, and even better haircut. He also did my beard like an expert, and I really enjoyed the steam, hot towels, and extra attention to detail. Looking as good as ever, my go to place when I’m back home in Westport.
Update from the owner’s response: stating I should call her? AGAIN another deceitful comment. Let’s try this again! Your attorney called me and threatened me communicating “If I don’t remove my review, I will be sued”. As you can see my review is still up, I’m not intimidated by your Barber Shop Attorney.
