I thought finally I could live peacefully. The owner Sam brought a property manager in. Wow everything went to hell. They wanted me to talk to the police about one our neighbor. I wouldn’t. AndI told them about a leak that was leaking from upstairs unit. Right after that I got eviction letter. They acting like gangsters, if you don’t be quiet & do what they say, you are doomed. I also have a disabled daughter that has been traumatized through them taking us threw pure hell. They don’t care about the tenants, just money.
Frankly, my experience living at Westport Cove has been terrific. Immediate response when my air conditioning failed... management is attentive and available. Terrific neighbors, spacious condo with easy access, quiet area, ample parking, etc. Close proximity to the airport, Westport Plaza, Highway 40, 70, 270 and 170. I would highly recommend Westport Cove... I plan on being here for years to come.
Bees in the apartment, broken air conditioning, and unfulfilled promises. Avoid this place at all costs.
