I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Westport Auto Craft! They repaired the damage to my car door perfectly. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The job was completed exactly on time and on budget, which I truly appreciate. What stood out most was their perfect communication – I was kept informed every step of the way. Westport Autocraft is the worst Autobody shop I’ve ever had the experience to work with they keep your car forever give you nothing but excuses of why it’s not done and they do not answer the phone
This is not a review I ever thought or wanted to write. I've been going to Westport Auto Craft for well over a decade, and largely had a fine experience with them. However, I had a minor fender bender and went to them with every intention of using them to repair my vehicle. For some reason, they weren't able to engage with me in a quality way in any capacity.
