I did an application here recently. Called for over 3 weeks and finally got an answer only to be told he liked everything about my application except my mother use to live here over 7 years ago and she was a problem. So I couldn’t get it because in his own words “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree”. Currently trying to get in contact with the corporate office. The disrespect and discrimination is unmatched here!
I would really like to rent here. I went to the website and paid $70 to do an application here and to another one of the property listings. It has been a few weeks and I have not gotten a call back yet and have no idea what to do. My significant other and I are in desperate need for a place and it sucks to use our money to apply to a place and not receive any phone call back to know if we got approved or not. Please, I would really like to get in touch with someone.
They would not rent to be because I was a single mother..this was back in 2015...I guess the pick and choose because they rented to another friend of mine who was also a single mother...idk if race played apart in it but at the time I don't see how it didnt

I have a family member who rents there....so not go there if you have kids.....because you will get a violation for loitering. Appearently, sitting outside with your child is loitering now.
