Amazing customer service from all staff at Westpoint Optical - Westdale Mall. My wife and I purchased a number of glasses and frames from them and the service provided was exceptional. We picked up gorgeous Tom Ford, Gucci, Oakley frames and glasses and the service provided was great and extremely friendly. We had no issues with communication, the frames were provided in a timely manner and what made things even easier is they had an optometrist at the location so we can get everything done right away. We bought 2 eyeglasses (Michael Kors and Tom Ford) and 1 sunglasses (Michael Kors) from this shop. We had a great experience purchasing the glasses. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely come back for the optical needs.
