Broken promises, once you pay for the car they all of a sudden dont get your messages apparently, and the best one they don't reply to your email.
WORST experience ever! I was going to buy two cars from this dealer, but after being lied too and given the bums rush, never again will I buy any vehicle from ANY Westpoint Auto. And 5 months on I still don't have the spare key, car manual & service log book. No calls are ever returned. So disappointed on so many levels, nothing but rude and deceitful .

Absolutely the worst dealership dealings I have ever had. They were pushy with extra add ons, they applied pressure on the sale, they took my deposit and would not return it. They had poor communication and never gave indication of processes. They didn’t return phone calls when trying to get my deposit back, instead they were rude and completely disregarded my plea for the refund. Take your money elsewhere, I couldn’t provide a poorer review for any establishment.
