The crew here at Westpoint were so caring and attentative, from reception team to my anaesthetist and doctors/nurses. Procedure was short and sweet and painless. Ann looked after me so well after the procedure, even snuck me an extra couple of sweet bickies which was heaven after 2 days of not eating much 😁😁

Worst experience ever..the waiting time for Doc consultation is minimum an hour. We have been waiting from an hour and still waiting for our turn although we have booked our appointment previously over the call but still that much waiting time. very frustrated at this moment as we have a 2 months baby with us and they ask to wait more nd more ...totally disappointed..👎
