I went in for a double procedure here, and the staff were kind attentive and very professional. Dr Thomas, Dr Jojy, my nurses, Annette, Shaily, Bernadette, Eman, and the lovely receptionist Isabella made the visit and procedure very pleasant with minimal issue.. I would definitely revisit this day hospital again if required. Cheers Karen H

My wife recently had a colonoscopy here, and we are very grateful for the excellent care she received. The nurses and administrative staff were friendly, caring, and professional. The gastroenterologist and anaesthetist explained everything clearly and made the experience reassuring. A special thank you to Practice Manager Ali Mir for his exceptional support throughout the process. I had 2 procedures in one day at this hospital and feel very grateful. I had an additional consult about all conditions and preparations before to get a date of appointment, and I was given very detailed instructions for preparations, so the process was very well understood and clear. Reception ladies and nurses are so friendly and welcoming, and doctors are very nice and take care of you, you can ask any questions and feel comfortable.
